14 Days Return

 We believe in what we sell, so we always stand behind our products. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or you have changed your mind, just return the item to us.

To make sure the system works efficiently, we have a few guidelines.

All returns or exchanges must take place within 14 days from delivery date

All returns shipping cost is paid for by the customer except in the cases of damaged goods, please contact our customer service before you return back any goods.

Please provide a copy of your receipt and please note that items must be unopened, unused, have all the original packaging, and be in good resalable condition.

For health reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of treats, apparels, dog houses, cat climbers, beds, carriers, crates or kennels.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be rejected upon delivery.

Returns will usually be processed within 14 working days after arrival at our site.
